• Minor electrical- switches, outlets, ceiling fan or light fixture replacement, etc. -Minor plumbing- faucet leaks and replacement, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toilet etc.

• Limited landscape services, sprinkler valves, heads, timers

• 'IKEA' type ready to assemble furniture and storage products
